This week training was focused on increasing the kms and conditioning of the feet.
Monday bloody cold weather for summer with wind and rain 12km flat run in the flows feet kept nice and warm.
Wednesday Bare foot run road 8km ran at 70% of max heart rate flat run road and off road
Friday 6km barefoot run off road rough terrian
Sunday 15km run off road rough terrian hills/track in my Flows
All in all body and feet feeling good
