A little about this blog

After years of completing many multisport & adventure races i found myself going through the motions and no longer challenged. I was living life in my comfort zone so I decided to start barefoot running as a result of wanting to challenge myself by doing the coast to coast 2 day individual race barefoot. I thought that it would push me to the edge of my mental and physical abilty. How wrong could i be ! I now find myself wondering what am i capable of achieving. So this is my journey to see what i am capable off both mentally and physically. I set up this blog to keep family, freinds, supporters and sponsors up to date with my training and up coming challenges. I also hope to insire other people to challenge themselves by trying something new.
