Five Finger Flows

Just got my new five fingers flows and went out yesterday for a run in them. Following are the flows specs:

2mm Neoprene upper – keeping the cold out
Non-marking, razor siped Vibram GM-50 rubber soles – superior grip and extra protection 2mm EVA anti microbial footbed – added insulation
Weight 6.6 oz. I am looking at taking the flows through the mountain run section of the coast to coast in training run and to see how they go. In my run i found the kept my feet warm and they were great to run in, the only down side was they were a bit harder to get on.

  2. Regard less of the shoe its all down to running technique. Thats the benifit of running barefoot you learn how to run properly instead of pounding the pavement. For me i dont like nike frees or shoes any more because i cant feel whats going on with each foot stride when running.
Nike frees are a good starting point if you are getting into barefoot running or just want to give you feet a rest while you are learning to run barefoot.
